The Qiddiya Investment Company or QIC located in Saudi Arabia unveiled the launch of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium on Monday, December 15, 2024. This stadium will be a multi-use site and is ready to strengthen Qiddiya’s idealogy of the Power of Play. Once the construction is completed, the stadium is likely to host some popular cultural and entertainment events, games, and sports in Saudi Arabia.

At just 40 minutes distance from Riyadh, the stadium is located at the top of the 200 metre tall  Tuwaiq cliff in Qiddiya this stadium will be one of those popular destinations the residents and tourists must visit. It even aims to draw the attention of visitors from all over the world and transform the experience of a traditional stadium with the hypnotic design and innovative technical features.

The stadium is all set to be the very first venue in the world that will be completely integrated with a combination of retractable pitch, roof, and wall with a wall with feature of LED. Combining all together this venue is an innovative offer in the field of architecture that offers exceptional versatility and allows the space to transfer into separate modes of events within hours.

The visitors will be allowed to witness many different spectacles in one day, which includes boxing, football, e-sports, theatre performances, concerts, and much more. The venue is designed by one of the leading global firms of architecture, Populous, and will include cutting-edge technological work to offer the fans to access live information and data which includes the use of holographic technology of state-of-the-art and enable the visitors to interact with the celebs and stars virtually.
