Being the storey of 350, Oman’s Mall which is slated to be Oman’s largest retail complex, would be situated in Muscat’s Bausher District. Carrefour, Vox Theaters, and Magic Planet will all be anchor tenants. The mall’s construction, which will cover 157,000 square metres, is expected to start in 2014 and end in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The new super-regional mall, which received the best LED Platinum certification for its commitment to sustainability, resource efficiency, health, and wellbeing, combines a selection of carefully chosen retailers that provide the best in dining, retail, leisure, entertainment, and experiences offered for all age groups. The mall currently boasts Oman’s biggest VOX Cinemas, with 15 screens, the country’s first IMAX experience, Oman’s first GOLD experience, and Oman’s largest Magic Planet, with award-winning rides, games, and attractions.
