Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is the latest addition to Jumeriah luxury holdings. This ultra-luxury resort is shaped like a superyacht. This new resort will complete the Jumeriah projects on ocean-inspired architectural magics. The three buildings that are part of the ocean trilogy include the Jumeriah Beach Hotel inspired by the waves, the infamous Burj Al hotel inspired by the designs of a sailboat and the latest addition Marsa Al Arab. 

When Jumeriah Marsa Al Arab opens for the first time in 2023 it will unlock a new era for the Jumeriah Group portfolio of Luxury services. Located at the heart of Dubai’s private Island peninsula the resort will have 83 luxury hotel apartments,  four penthouses, and 386 luxury rooms and suites. It also includes specially designed landscape gardens, and leisure destinations like spas, gyms, cabanas and bars. 

The rooms are designed with 11-metre windows that will give you a view of glistening green ocean water, green terraces and gardens. Mara Al Arab will also be encompassing impressive uniquely curated restaurants and bars.  

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will take Dubai closer to the goal of becoming a global tourist destination. Dubai Holding is creating a private Island of luxuries with a collection of luxury hotels, marine villas and luxury yachts. 

The Architectural Masterpiece: Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

The Brain behind building Dubai’s futuristic architectural mastermind is Shaun Killa. He has designed various timeless sustainable buildings over his career of 27 years. Shaun Killa has designed several wildly recognised structures like the Dubai Opera House and Bahrain World Trade Center.

Killa started his architectural career by working for Atkins, during his early years he won numerous awards for his architectural geniuses. Which Includes the Global Holcim Awards for Sustainable Construction, the ENR News Maker Award and recently Killa’s Museum of the Future won numerous awards. 

Shaun founded ‘ Killa Design ‘ in the year 2015, which went on to create the Marsa Al Arab development, which spans more than 160,000 sq m, with a 2 km-long beach. The estimated cost of the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab project is € 1.5 billion, other than a luxury stay it will also house business quarters and shopping destinations.

What to Expect When Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Opens 

When Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab opens to the people it will have exceptional luxurious amenities, and the hotels will be designed with wide balconies and private pools on the balcony decks. There are four exclusive penthouses on the upper deck, and people can book these penthouses for unparalleled privacy and luxury. 

You can book apartments at Mars Al Arab, they are available for booking as simplex, duplex or triplex apartments. It also has an underground car parking for guests, on arrival at the resort the guests will be delivered with exceptional arrival experience. The gardens will have numerous private cabanas and pavilions.
