After teasing for so many days, it is finally confirmed that the global superstar and pop idol Ed Sheeran will be performing in Dubai on January 19 and 20. The concert will take place at The Seven Stadium, which is going to be the biggest open-air concert ever to take place in the Emirates. 

The musician will take the stage co-shared by tour guest Calum Scott delivering a promising and unforgettable to the people of Dubai for two nights in front of tens of thousands of residents and visitors alike. Calum Scott rose his way to a greater height via Britain’s Got Talent by singing a cover of Robyn’s Dancing on My Own and later on releasing his own albums Only Human and Bridges

The British singer will perform some of his biggest, record-breaking hits, as well as tracks from his new albums. The singer has already released two albums in 2023 one of which has a hit single Eyes Closed from the album Autumn Variations and – (Subtract). The song will be performed in ‘the round’ a signature format of Ed Sheeran allowing the fans to have a 360-degree central stage experience so that fans can surround the singer and have an immersive close-up experience with the musician. 

Dubai is part of Ed Sheeran’s Asia and Middle East leg of his smash-hit tour. The musician who has sold over 150 million records worldwide is currently the most happening artist in the global music landscape. The global sensation is returning to perform in the UAE for the first time since 2017.

Sheeran has already set multiple attendance records in his U.S. tour including the So-Fi stadium of Los Angeles and MetLife Stadium of New Jersey, securing the largest single-day concert attendance in the US, ever.
