With the direction of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister, and  Vice President of the United Arab Emirates,  Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and  Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai has given the approval for issuing the total bonus worth DH152 Million based on the performance of the government employees of Dubai Governmental institutions.

The performance bonuses are subject to DGHR or The Dubai Government Human Resources Law No. 8 of 2018 and will be permitted and will be eligible for civilian employees. The bonus will be issued after the fulfilment of the set criteria by the Dubai Government Human Resources.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and  Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai has acknowledged the constant dedication and contribution of the Dubai Government to foster a system that natures of variety of commitment and creativity among the workers, line up with the direction of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum to encourage human capital and influence them to score the top levels of performance. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said, “We have approved the distribution of Dh152 million in performance-based bonuses to exceptional employees, aligning with the Dubai Government’s strategy to cultivate human talent, foster creativity and innovation and empower individuals to implement their innovative ideas. This embodies the essence of Dubai’s successful approach to administration and flexible government work, ultimately contributing to realising the objectives outlined in Dubai’s Economic Agenda, D33.”
