Dubai Ride, presented by DP World is now inviting every cyclist from a young age to old age to join the emirate’s largest community cycling event which will take place on Sunday 12 November.

With the help of Dubai’s Road and Transport Authority ( RTA ), they are planning to transform the road into a big cycling track, providing families, beginners, trained cyclists, and cycling enthusiasts the chance to enjoy the city’s best landmarks.

This cycling event is organised by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism ( DET ) and Dubai Sports Council with staging Partner DP World. To recall, the 2022 edition witnessed 34,000 cyclists gather for the yearly challenge.

You can enjoy cycling in the leisurely 4 km route through Downtown Dubai or defeat the 12 km ride towards Sheikh Zayed Road, where cars and other vehicles are not allowed to create a friendly road for Dubai Ride Participants.

The Two Routes:

  • The trained cycle enthusiast will enjoy cycling in the 12 km course that starts from the Dubai World Trade Centre at Safa Park and climbs over the Dubai Canal Bridge. You can also find five different starting points which are located at the Museum of the Futura, Coca-Cola Arena, Business Bay, Satwa, and the Lower Financial Centre.
  • People with families, aged people, children, beginners, and people with abilities can use this Downtown route along Sheik Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard to take riders with the landmarks including Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, and Burj Khalifa. This 4 km course starts at the Dubai Mall and it is easy for beginners.
